The telegram at 45 gives agreement of the C.C.4.0. to our proposal that the Hong Kong Medical Degrees Emergency Committee should be established in Hong Kong and that it should consist of Dr Gordon King, Colonel Ride, Dr. Tehily, Colonel Rowell and Mr. Haselrigg. All that remains to do therefore, is to send each member a formal letter of appointment and to hope that they will meet
